While sitting on fresh air & under the sunshine, you can focus on breathing, the best is belly breathing : "... using scented candles to remind myself to breathe and to be present in the moment, as well as meditating for short moments regardless of where I sit (a minute makes all the difference) and make a pause to reflect and think about what I am grateful for in the day ahead...

Meditative dream
If you want to experience a meditative dream, this is the right place for you, where you can choose to sleep in a tent, or sleep in a gazebo, because the root of the word itself comes from the Greek word "medjha", which means to dwell inside, to think, or to delve into oneself. Be aware of your body, thoughts, emotions and surroundings, the new medisan mattresses and anatomical pillows will help you focus on deep breathing and on relaxing your mind and body and reducing stress.
